The task of this project was to close constructive a former machine-hall from 1965. The two-sides open, former tractor-shed should be converted to three separate, high-grade garages, which are rented by the owner now. His target-group are oldtimer-owners, which will not use their vehicle daily, but want to park them safe and weather-proofed. There is a relevant demand on this in the greater area around Frankfurt (Main) and Darmstadt.
All three garages owning a power- and a water-supply. In addition there was created a toilet-facility in the neighbouring main-building. It is accessible from the locked courtyard, where parking facilities for the daily-cars of the garage-owner are provided as well. According to this, a vehicle-visit is quite easy as well as a long lasting maintenances.
The project was largely edited by my assistant Nathalie Tenten.
